For me, fitness is a lifestyle, much like being a mother to my children and a wife to my husband. Spring is right around the corner, and along with the change in season comes an inbox filled with questions about my workout regimen and diet. Here’s a secret: I have none! Of course I work out and eat healthy, but I don’t I think of it as a “regimen” or “diet.” It’s a lifestyle.
Guys, take note: We might be entering the golden age for men’s fashion. Historically female-focused, fashion has been taking a decidedly dude-oriented turn for the last five years or so. “Now is the time for men,” says Eric Jennings, men’s fashion director at Saks Fifth Avenue.
