This week we’re tipping our hats to Wally Hayward, Sam Coghill, Mike Ditka and Ulta. Congrats to former Chicago Cubs Executive Vice President Wally Hayward (pictured) and former Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships Sam Coghill, who have teamed up with the Ricketts family to create W Partners. The sales and marketing company will work primarily in the sports and entertainment realms. Mike Ditka has teamed up with America’s Dog to create his own version of the Chicago classic. Da Coach’s creation, a hot and spicy Polish sausage topped with cheddar cheese and chili and served on French bread, is available through the end of February at the spot’s four Chicago-area locations, including 21 E. Adams and 26 E. Randolph. Chicago-based beauty retailer Ulta is at the center of Oxygen’s new reality competition “The Face.” The winner of the show, which debuts Feb. 12, will become the representative for the store’s Fall and Holiday 2013 campaigns. Keep an eye out for PR Director Carrie Lannon and Director of Trend Development Molly Sloat, who appear on-camera to coordinate segments and select the final winner.
