The Duchess of Cambridge is finally expecting her first child. Even though the royal family is delighted, it might be a rocky road ahead for Kate Middleton. Before Kate and Prince William got married, according to a source, the royal family was well aware that Kate had fertility issues. They were even informed that she may not be able to conceive at all.
