The Chicago housing market is showing signs of life, and among the new listings there are a handful of million-dollar abodes awaiting the perfect buyer — or just offering a dose of real estate eye candy. This lavish 6,200-square-foot waterside retreat is but one example. The 19 expansive townhouses that wrap around The Riverview’s two soaring towers at 415 and 445 E.
